SMARTech™
SMARTech™ is a propietary work order deployment and management system utilized on commercial properties which not only enables our Property Managers to submit work orders directly from the field, but wirelessly distributes these requests to our Facility Services team. In addition, this system provides a central database and schedule of recurring work orders to ensure that all work performed at each facility is scheduled, tracked and reported on in real time and at the highest level of quality. We directly monitor expenses and work order completion metrics to ensure that overtime and repair-related expenses remain within acceptable limits.
