Welcome to Haven on Main— Created in partnership with Haven for Special People, this innovative apartment community is built to support individuals of all abilities, fostering a welcoming environment where residents can truly live and thrive together.
Haven on Main offers a unique blend of accessibility and modern living, bringing together adults with disabilities and non-disabled residents in a shared, supportive setting. With a strong focus on community and belonging, the property is designed to reduce isolation while encouraging meaningful connections and a true sense of home.
Every detail has been carefully considered to promote independence and comfort. The community features universal design elements, enhanced safety and security features, and a variety of on-site amenities including community gathering spaces, a therapy and fitness room, and inviting green spaces. Residents also benefit from access to nearby employment opportunities, local services, and convenient downtown amenities.
Residents live independently in their own aparments. If someone needs personal care of support services, those services must be arranged separately – such as through a Family Care plan, or other provider. While Haven on Main offers commmunity-building and engagement opportunities, the buillding does not provide or coordainte personal care services.
At Haven on Main, you’ll find more than just a place to live—you’ll discover a supportive, inclusive community designed to empower independence and enrich lives.
Haven on Main features both affordable and market-rate apartment homes. The affordable housing units are income-restricted, meaning households must meet maximum income limits to qualify. However, rent is not based on your income. Once qualified, residents pay the established rent amount for their apartment home regardless of their actual income, provided they remain within program requirements.
Haven on Main is an independent living community. Residents live independently in their own private apartment homes and are responsible for their own daily living activities. While the community was designed to be inclusive and accessible, it is not an assisted living, nursing care, or supportive housing facility.
