The community’s location provides convenient access to dining, grocery stores, medical services and major roadways while maintaining a comfortable residential setting.

The Village Cooperative of South Sound includes 67 single-level homes with one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den designs. Floor plans range from approximately 890 to 1,770 square feet and are located across three residential floors above enclosed, temperature-controlled underground parking.

Each home includes major kitchen appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, pantry and storage space, generous closets, individually controlled heating and cooling, and a private balcony. Residents also have access to elevators and a wide variety of shared spaces designed for gathering, recreation and everyday convenience.

Community amenities include a large community room and kitchen, beverage bar, library, fitness room, meeting and meditation rooms, hobby and woodworking spaces, guest suite, outdoor patio with grills and fireplace, raised garden beds, bicycle storage, vehicle-wash bay and inviting sitting areas throughout the building.

The Village Cooperative is an independent-living community—not assisted living. Members are shareholders in the cooperative and help shape the community in which they live. Residents can choose their own balance of privacy and social connection while enjoying freedom from many of the maintenance responsibilities associated with a traditional single-family home.

Pets are welcome subject to community rules and restrictions. While-you’re-away services are also available to help care for residents’ homes, mail and plants during travel.
