Our sense of community is even better! Members gather regularly for “Happy Hour,” catered events, or just to socialize in the Commons to complete jigsaw puzzles together. Within minutes of Spaulding Place is the Lunda Community Center and the now-famous “Hub” Senior Center, with daily activities, card games, presentations, cooking demonstrations, etc., available for a mere $6/month.

At Spaulding Place, we have a local Maintenance Director available to handle any home maintenance responsibilities or repairs that might surface, included in your monthly fee.
